Nothing in NowPresent constitutes health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use your own judgment about your body.

NowPresent is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted availability, accuracy of the signals, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any outcomes — physical, professional, or otherwise — arising from your use of the app.

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute NowPresent without permission. Personal, non-commercial use is unrestricted.
