Privacy Policy

NowPresent is a local desktop application. Everything it tracks — your focus sessions, break history, blink checks, water refills, posture resets, and daily health score — stays entirely on your device. None of it is transmitted, stored remotely, or accessible to us.

We do not have accounts. We do not have a database of your data. We do not use analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting that identifies you. There is nothing to share, sell, or subpoena.

The only information we may receive is what you voluntarily provide when contacting us — for example, an email address if you reach out for support. That is used solely to respond to you.

If you uninstall NowPresent, all locally stored data is removed with it. There is nothing on our end to delete.
